Trauma Therapy and Counselling
At Pulse Psychology we understand the debilitating effects of trauma on how you think, feel and respond to life as well as the ripple effect on your family and loved ones. We offer a professional and safe environment to help you work through your past traumatic experiences so that you can get your life back. We help you learn techniques to confront and be at peace with painful memories, thoughts and images so that they no longer cause significant distress in your life.

Virtual Reality Therapy
We off innovative virtual reality therapy as an optional treatment modality. VR can be used in the treatment of anxiety disorders, phobias, OCD, ADHD, and learning to manage stress. With over 70 virtual reality environments and scenes, including 360 degree environments, VR technology combined with traditional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy is an effective method to enhance standard treatment.
